Milesight EM500-SWL Submersible Water Level

The Milesight EM500-SWL is a LoRaWAN submersible water level sensor designed for measuring liquid levels in harsh environments. It features a stainless steel probe with corrosion resistance, an IP67/IP68 waterproof enclosure, and ultra-wide-distance transmission up to 10 km line of sight. The device includes a long-lasting 19000 mAh replaceable battery providing up to 10 years of operation, local data storage with retransmission capability, and easy configuration via NFC. With customizable measuring ranges up to 200m and high accuracy, the EM500-SWL is ideal for water tank level monitoring, river level monitoring, ISO tank level monitoring, wastewater tank monitoring, and oil storage tank level monitoring.

Thinger.io Integration

The EM500-SWL integrates with Thinger.io through LoRaWAN network servers, enabling remote monitoring and management of water level data. The integration supports automatic device provisioning, real-time data visualization, historical data analysis, and alarm notifications.

Get Started

Installation

Look for the plugin in the Thinger.io Plugin Store and install it in your Thinger.io instance. Once the plugin is installed a new Product will be created for this device.

Configuration

The Product is already preconfigured, check that the auto provision prefix matches the one selected in your LoRaWAN server plugin in Thinger.io, or change it to your desire.

Usage

Start sending uplinks for autoprovisioning devices and buckets. This product also provides a predefined dashboard and downlinks.
